Return and refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send a mail to return@pujacelebrations.com within 24 hours of receipt of product and ship the package back to us in the condition received.

Once we receive the returned item we will give a full refund less the initial shipping cost.

Returns will be processed through either NEFT or Payment gateway

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition that it was received.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the bank to process your refunds
